Preparation time: Prepare the night before
1 + 1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp pepitas
1 apple, grated
1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1/2 tsp orange rind
Raspberries and plain or Greek yoghurt, to serve
Combine oats, milk, pepitas, apple and orange juice in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Stir orange rind through muesli, divide between serving bowls and top with fresh raspberries and a dollop of natural yoghurt.
